Now that my new look has been exposed, I thought I’d let you in on the idea behind the logo.
As you can see, it’s a suitcase filled with a lot of stuff. But what you may not know is that every piece that is inside this suitcase represents a little part of my “Real” Life.
- The Hawaiian Lei represents Hawaii where Nate and I got engaged.
- The Blue Ducky represents Caden, our son.
- The Bottle represents me being a mom.
- The What to Expect when Expecting represents my journey through pregnancy.
- The Camera represents my love for Photography.
- The Passport represents my love for traveling.
- The Dog Bone represents our puppies, Kala and Zeus.
- The Sand pail and sand represent our wedding held in Charleston and our love for the beach.
- The Beach ball represents Summer; my favorite season of the year.
- The Iphone, Chapstick, Flip Flops, To do list, sunscreen and sunglasses are a few things I can’t live without.
- And lastly, the coconut cocktail and towel … I mean seriously who doesn’t love a nice cocktail laying out at the beach?
And there you go. A suitcase that represents me and my Real Life Travels. 
It was pretty fun to pick out objects that represent my life.

I think we get along so well because I’d pretty much pick all of the same things!
I’d add to the mix a knife (bc of my love of cooking), my skis, and a scuba mask / fins.
You def. would have to have a scuba mask and fins

Just a quick tip, move it a bit to the left, it doesn`t quite look in the center.
Anyway, I have never seen such an different way to create a logo, really neat, and I really liked.

Love the suitcase and I actually wouldn’t change many things. My husband and I actually got married in Hawaii–in fact, we are going back in March to christen our little guy on the same beach. I would change out the camera for a yellow legal pad for my love of writing. Plus, add a hockey puck as that is how my husband and I met–and still play together today. Lots of un.
Oh Fun! We just got back from Hawaii. I love it there! Where did you get married? We got engaged in Waikiki!
We got married in Kauai–Poipu Beach. I haven’t been back to Waikiki since high school, but there’s so many new hotels over there now. Did you just go back there? We have friends at the new Disney resort this week.

Yeah, we were in Kapolei area visiting family over Thanksgiving. There is a new Disney resort over in Ko’olina that Nate and I went to. It was really nice!
