We went to Caruso a couple nights ago with our two friends Dan and Jenny. It’s an Italian fine dining restaurant in Mooresville. It was so good, so good I have to tell the world about it and do a post! We ended up asking the chef if we could do a sampling because the menu looked so good. And of course he said sure. The presentation was awesome on each plate. We started off with a couple appetizers, stuff mushrooms and stuff lobster crape. I didn’t try the mushrooms because well – I hate mushrooms but the lobster crape was delicious! Then we moved on to a salad and then on to our main courses, we had a pasta, lamb, beef, chicken all very very good and the last dish they brought out was the Sea Bass. OH my god! It was seriously to DIE for! It came out and it must have been baked and it had a grilled peach on top, yep grilled peach! … honestly to die for! It was SO amazing! I was so stuffed and usually when you are stuffed food isn’t as good as it would be if you were hungry. But this was STILL amazing! Honestly the best I have ever tasted. It was up there with Berns Steakhouse if not better! And of course who could forget the desert! Everything was amazing and on top of that our waiter was great and very informative! I totally recommend this and Nate and I will defiantly be back!
Hmm … Writing this is making me hungry!
