Hey everyone! I hope you are all doing well! I wanted to do a little update and let you know how my wedding planning is going since everyone always asks.
I pretty much have everything done except just finalizing stuff with our vendors. When my mom was in town we got a lot of the detail stuff done. I’ve been looking all over the place for flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows and stuff but honestly everywhere I look they just seem cheaply made and not very cute … So my mom being as crafty as she is, is going to make my ring bearer pillows and my flower girl basket. And on top of that, because my color is a different kind of blue it’s been kind of hard to get the same matching blue so my mom is going to make the bow for the flower girl dress as well so that everything matches! I finally figured out my favors, invitation, programs and seating cards … I got them from all different places but they match perfectly together! It is true what they say, everything always comes together!

I (well my mom and I) found the perfect ribbon… It matches perfectly to my Bridesmaids dresses!
I love this blue color it reminds me of the ocean in a tropical area! I know your all thinking that my wedding is in September and this is a spring color not fall … but I really don’t care .. I love the color and it’s going to look so good with silver and as Nate would say … “Blue brings out my eyes” haha he’s not lying everything he wears blue his eyes pop.
So with that all done basically I now need to focus on my jewlery, shoes, veil, hair, makeup, tuxes and we still need to get our wedding bands … so we still have some stuff to get done but we have plenty of time! We are headed down to Charleston in May to get some stuff finalized with our vendors so I’m looking forward to that.
