Operation 108: 6 Week Update
Caden is officially 6 weeks old almost 7. I can’t believe it, I know I say this all the time but it’s going by so fast.
And it’s 6 weeks for me as well and we all know what that means ….
I can finally workout!!! I had my first pilates class on Saturday. It was tough but I made it through the class. I now realized how in shape I was before I got pregnant and what a flat belly I had. Now that is not the case but will be soon if I keep up my workout routine. I went to check out the day care to at the Y and I have to say the mama bear in me is SOOO not ready to drop Caden off yet. All the other babies were sitting up and crawling, he’s just so little compared to them. I would like for him to get his first set of shots first so Nate will stay home for the next couple weeks while I go to my Pilates class and hopefully by 2 months I’ll feel a little more better about leaving him. I mean it’s only an hour, I just apparently have the first mom syndrome

6 weeks …
- I am officially down to 123 lbs.
- I have lost a total of 28 lbs. with not working out at all
- 15 more lbs. to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight
- I have started Pilates class and walking with Caden
- I still have a belly
- I’m wearing my normal undies again
- Excited to finally be able to cross my legs again with ease
- Fit into one pair of my pre-pregnancy jeans. I can zip and button them but they are pretty tight. (it’s progress)
My goal for operation 108 is 6 months. I’m hoping to get there sooner but that gives me 4 more left to lose the 15 lbs and get tone …
You think I can do it or is this a unrealistic goal for me?

You look awesome!!! I hope I’m where you are by 6 weeks- you look tiny
I think you can drop the last 15 by 6 months- it’s only a couple lbs a month- very realistic. Lunch soon?! (A healthy one, of course, to help out with your challenge
)
