Today is Thanksgiving and on thanksgiving I like to think about everything I’m grateful for. I do this pretty often because it reminds you of what you DO have as opposed to what you don’t have. It’s easy for people to think oh I don’t have this, or I don’t have enough money to buy that or wish I had that. Everyone has so much to be thankful for, sometimes you have to dig deep to figure out what really matters in life. Family has been number one in my life for a long time. But after my uncles death I’ve realized how important family really is. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter where you are, or what you have or how much money you make, as long as you have family and friends around you that make you happy; that’s all you need. And it just makes me feel so blessed to be bringing a child into the wonderful family that we have. As most of you know we have had some ups and downs these last couple months. And unfortantely that’s life, but at the end of the day we still have a lot to be thankful for and remembering that is what gets you through hard times.
Today we are cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the Satterwhite family. This is Nate’s favorite holiday so he is super excited to be having family over and cooking his turkey. I am definatley looking forward to Thanksgiving. This is like dream come true for pregnant woman! So much good food! YUM!
I hope you have a Fantastic, Safe, Happy Thanksgiving with friends and family surrounding you!
